This Shipping Policy explains how and where Vossholm (operated by Witteveen Commerce LLC) delivers your table lamps. Every lamp is carefully packed to protect it in transit.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and across Europe. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days. Our order cut-off is 10:00 PM (local time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated total delivery time (processing + transit) after your order is placed:

  • United Kingdom: 4 to 7 business days
  • Europe (EU): 5 to 9 business days
  • United States: 5 to 9 business days
  • Canada: 6 to 10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7 to 12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to carrier delays, customs, weather or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Any faster or express options, where available, are shown with their price at checkout.

Carriers

We work with trusted carriers in each region, which may include Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and DHL (UK), PostNL, DHL and DPD (Europe), USPS, UPS and FedEx (United States), Canada Post (Canada), Australia Post (Australia) and NZ Post (New Zealand). The carrier for your order is chosen based on your destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For domestic and most EU/UK deliveries, no additional charges apply. For some international destinations, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority on delivery. Unless stated as included at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility. Vossholm has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@vossholm.com and we will help put it right. See our Refund & Return Policy for damaged or faulty items.
