By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Warranty Policy and, for EU/EEA consumers, our Right of Withdrawal. 2. Products & Pricing

We sell table lamps and related lighting products. We try to display product colours, finishes and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen displays them exactly. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

3. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order or shipping confirmation. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, and product defects by our Warranty Policy. EU/EEA consumers additionally have a Right of Withdrawal.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and designs — is owned by or licensed to Witteveen Commerce LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
